Role Summary

Our client, a large global organization with a workforce of approximately 14,000 employees, is seeking an HRIS Analytics Specialist to support and advance its people analytics capabilities. This role focuses on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and business intelligence tools to deliver insights that inform workforce strategy and decision-making. The position sits within the Human Resources function and reports to senior HRIS and analytics leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and enhance a scalable people analytics ecosystem leveraging SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage enterprise-wide HR reporting and deliver insights across workforce metrics such as turnover, performance, engagement, and diversity
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions, including predictive models, to support proactive workforce planning
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel, applying effective data visualization and storytelling techniques
  • Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to improve data quality, governance, and integration
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and insight generation
  • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics modules
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data structures, and key workforce metrics
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional environments
  • Background in people analytics, HR analytics, or data analytics within an HR function
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field with an analytics focus
  • Additional certifications in data analytics, people analytics, or HR metrics
