Butcher And Hotline Cook

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher and Hotline Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards at our commissary kitchen for catering unit and our other 3 restaurant locations to ensuring quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station and storage areas
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of meat products
• Cook and serve food items promptly on the hotline, ensuring consistency and quality
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during operation hours

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
• Previous experience in a hotline or line cook role is advantageous
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
