About the Role:
Join The Grout Medic of West Palm Beach as a Tile Setter, Grout Cleaning and Caulking Specialist, where you'll bring life back to tile surfaces with your skills and expertise. We are looking for passionate individuals to help deliver high-quality tile and caulking solutions to our valued customers in Wellington, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace tile in residential and commercial settings.
• Apply caulk and sealants to ensure waterproofing and aesthetic appeal.
• Knowledge of grout types, sealers, caulks and overall knowledge of grout and tile restoration
• Assess and prepare surfaces for tile installation, including leveling and cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow industry standards and best practices for tile setting and caulking.
• Stay updated on the latest materials and techniques in the tile industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of various tile types, installation methods, and caulking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record
• Clean appearance and professional demeanor
• Must be a fluent English speaker - Required; the job requires tile specialist to be able to have discussions and work through issues in English with customers
• Must be a US Citizen or have a valid work visa
• Someone looking for a long term career
• Located and living in Palm Beach County - Living in West Palm Beach/Wellington/Royal Palm Beach Preferred but not required
