For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,440 - $147,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the project's objectives. They work closely with the Commercial Manager, Program Manager, Site Technical Manager and Engineering Lead to define the project objectives, create a plan, and execute the plan to achieve those objectives. The Project Manager has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and will be used. They may also assist in the strategic planning for the department. The Project Manager must have strong communication skills, verbal and written at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and be adaptable to a dynamic and geographically disbursed project environment.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or an equivalent engineering discipline. Master's degree desired. Bachelor's. Degree in Finance or Business is also acceptable. Minimum of four years' work experience in managing BMS, HVAC, Industrial Controls / Automation, or similar discipline projects. Microsoft Project (or similar); experience with Smartsheets a plus. Previous work experience as a lead automation/controls engineer desired. Previous experience in the commercial office and manufacturing market desired. Knowledge of Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure BAS solution desired. Must be able to travel 15%
