Seeking two licensed Social Workers to support school communities in Veguita, NM, for the upcoming 2026/27 school year. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' well-being while enjoying flexible scheduling and partial remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to support student success and well-being
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain necessary documentation
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions as needed
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies

Qualifications:

• Current state Social Worker license required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) candidates considered if clinical supervision is arranged
• Experience working within school settings is highly advantageous
• Ability to manage flexible scheduling and work partially from home
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to student advocacy
