Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner. Handle a case load of Oregon claims; may include other similar jurisdictions. Possess compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success. Qualification Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred. 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience. Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate. Must have an active Oregon Adjuster’s License.
