Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Must have Apartment Maintenance experience.
Responsibilities:
1) Preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting on vacant units.
2) Necessary Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls on vacant units.
3) Make ready units for new move‐ins by all painting and cleaning.
4) Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
5) Clean all Breezeways and sidewalks
6) Coordinate special projects as directed Job Requirements Staff must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
7) Staining and repairing decks, doors, and fences.
8) Complete all work orders assigned.
9) Drywall repair and patching required.
10) Must comply with requests from a manager that are property related.
All must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
