We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who has RECENT EXPERIENCE in apartment turnover and apartment building maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining building quality and enhancing the resident's experience with the property by working to create a positive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent communication and organization skills, as well as excellent problem solving skills.
* Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's license.
* Experience in maintenance tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, painting, light carpentry, appliance repair, light landscaping and other tasks as assigned.
* Curb appeal duties also required.
* The ability to read and follow operating maintenance instructions, work schedules, and safety procedures, and maintain accurate records.
* Must be available for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Preform apartment renovation
* Must pass criminal background check.
* HVAC a plus.
* CPO a plus.
