In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Develop business cases to initiate investment or change in behavior to achieve long‑term revenue and margin growth objectives in your target market. Maintain complete customer insights through qualitative/quantitative market research and robust customer relationships. Develop and communicate product insights, positioning, and value proposition throughout the organization, creating alignment around the goals. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for product lines and target markets/customers with regular analysis of trends, competitors, channels, and standards. Collaborate with Commercial Product Management to support lifecycle management decisions including product obsolescence and discontinuation. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Product Development, or an equivalent role. An MBA, MSc, or PhD, or significant internal Danaher experience may compensate for less experience. Several years of experience within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or related scientific industry. Experience in synthetic biology, functional genomics, or gene‑editing markets is preferred. Demonstrated success in defining and launching high‑impact products. Preferred Experience Knowledge of CRISPR editing systems and/or synthetic biology solutions (genes and gene fragments, DNA libraries). Knowledge of DBS tools. Remote Work This position is fully remote and eligible for a remote work arrangement. Additional information about the remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team. Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay. The compensation is determined, vested, and paid in the Company’s sole discretion.
