Impact Scale is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, the technical expertise to ensure successful email delivery, and the creativity to drive impactful campaigns. This role will involve scaling email marketing operations from low to high volume while maintaining excellent deliverability and optimizing campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Ideate, plan and execute on an email marketing strategy Setup platforms/software to facilitate email warm up and delivery to ISP’s Run day to day operations with emails including: Setting up daily/weekly trigger and bulk campaigns Analyze and track performance Make adjustments and improvements to campaigns to improve profitability A/B Test creatives and landing pages Scale email efforts from low volume to high volume Work with management teams to provide feedback on data Stay up to date with the latest compliance f Qualifications/Skills Good technical knowledge of code and email standards In depth knowledge of how to warm up IPs, Domains and ISP’s Up to date latest email marketing trends Hours, Location and Benefits A generous benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
