Forklift Operator (Converting Department) – Baltimore, OH Shift: 12-hour shifts (must be able to work either 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m., dependent on seniority and schedule (2‑2‑3) for union facility). Schedule: Scheduled to work half the year. Pay: $25.20 per hour. Earn up to $50,000+ per year. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), vacation. Key Responsibilities Pack products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specification and transport to on‑site warehouses. Spend 80% of time on a sit‑down forklift. Spend 20% of time operating converting machinery. Forklift experience is not required but is a plus. Receive job‑specific training in addition to safe use and operation of powered industrial trucks. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Follow safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Complete computer‑based safety training. Education and Experience NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Knowledge and Skills Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team. Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery. Fundamental understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment. Compensation Range The pay for this position is $25.20 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
