Individuals in this position work directly with members who request information about available benefit programs. Responsibilities typically include:
Speaking with clients by phone to provide information and answer questions
Contacting members who have requested appointments or additional details
Scheduling and conducting virtual presentations explaining available options
Assisting clients with applications and necessary documentation
Using computer systems to organize client records and follow-ups
Ensuring accuracy and quality when handling forms and information
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
