Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in North Austin, TX 78752 to start working ASAP!
We're expanding our team and looking for a Maintenance Technician who is ready to roll up his sleeves and make a difference in our communities.

Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for property maintenance: Curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Tackle facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and more. EPA Certification is required.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, and painting.
• Solve problems on the spot and work independently.
• Exemplify professionalism and top-notch customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• 6 months previous experience in apartment communities, hotel maintenance, construction or related jobs.
• EPA/HVAC Certification is a plus!
• Versatility in maintenance repair, covering plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs, and painting.
• Own a set of tools? Even better!
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
• Access to personal hand tools + power drill
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
