Compensation: $52,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Business, and Tax, Trusts, and Estates departments. This position is a floating role responsible for assisting multiple attorneys and staff with various administrative duties, including providing coverage for employees who are on vacation, out sick or on leave.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, handle competing priorities with professionalism, and contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
