Here's what we look for in our agents: A passion for representing sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions. Proficiency in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements. Skill in conducting thorough property evaluations to determine accurate property values. A commitment to being readily available and responsive to client needs. Diligence in keeping all systems and CRM tools updated.
