Position Overview Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking are hiring experienced drivers for regional and national OTR routes out of Oklahoma. Compensation Salary: Top 50% average of $101,176 per year. CPM: Starting pay $0.66 to $0.69 per mile. Drivers are paid based on practical miles, resulting in 3‑5% more total miles per year and faster mile roll‑in due to a recent speed increase to 68MPH cruise and 65MPH pedal. Qualifications One‑year verifiable tractor‑tanker experience with a ClassA CDL.
