We’re looking for high-integrity, performance-driven sales professionals who want more than a sales role, they want to be part of a mission helping people create clarity, increase focus, and take strategic action toward their most important goals.

This is an opportunity to help clients develop the mindset, structure, and decision-making skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-moving environment, while positioning themselves for the future.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in consultative, enrollment-focused conversations with warm, qualified prospects who are already part of the Tony Robbins ecosystem
• Help clients identify the right Tony Robbins RPM coaching program to help them gain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and execute on what matters most
• Educate prospects on how RPM coaching helps them focus their time, energy, and priorities in a world full of distractions and rapid change
• Connect personal performance principles with modern productivity tools, including AI-supported workflows and efficiency strategies
• Build trust quickly through deep listening, authenticity, and belief in the work
• Enroll clients through value-based conversations, not pressure or cold selling
• Represent one of the most respected and influential coaching brands in the world

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of phone-based or consultative sales experience preferred
• Passionate about personal development and committed to your own growth
• Interested in human performance, productivity, and how people stay competitive in a changing business landscape
• Coachable, disciplined, and motivated by performance and purpose
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive without being pushy
• Thrives in a high-accountability, high-performance culture
• Comfortable working toward goals and consistently improving results
• Motivated by helping people move from feeling overwhelmed to gaining clarity and momentum
