What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing tile, LVP, hardwood, or other flooring materials in residential and commercial settings.
• Preparing surfaces including leveling, cleaning, and layout planning.
• Reading and executing project specifications to ensure high-quality results.
• Managing your workflow to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on every job site.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience installing tile, flooring, or similar materials.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage job timelines.
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools for installation work.
• Experience working as a contractor or in a project-based environment (Preferred).
