Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Delivery Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and networking. Work on roles across technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, Networks, ERP, etc. Ensure high-quality candidate pipeline within defined TAT/SLAs. Maintain updated reports, dashboards, and tracker management. Client Management Act as a point of contact for assigned clients; understand hiring needs and role specifications. Conduct intake calls to gather job details and prioritise open roles. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate pipeline, updates, and challenges. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with internal hiring managers, delivery teams, and leadership for efficient alignment. Participate in weekly governance calls and performance discussions.
