Staffing Manager

A Local Staffing Agency has a great opportunity for an outgoing Staffing Manager with an energetic, positive attitude. The Staffing Manager:
• Welcomes all applicants and visitors
• Answers phones and administers skills assessments
• Enters applicant information into the database
• Performs general office duties and assists the Branch Manager
We are looking for an experienced administrative individual with a customer service focus who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills, and outstanding telephone etiquette. The ability to multi-task and function in an environment with changing priorities and to work with a diverse group of people is essential.

Requirements:
The successful Staffing Manager meets the following requirements:
• Positive attitude
• Highly organized
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
• Dependable and committed to superior customer service
• Previous staffing experience a plus
• Previous administrative experience required
In addition to the above, these abilities are also required:
• Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority environment
• High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency
• Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
