What You Will Do: Participate in the implementation of new equipment, including operation and the development of new SOP's. Execute site acceptance testing and transition to normal operation including offloading and loading bulk tank trucks. Operate, monitor, and maintain chemical process equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production and reporting process deviations or safety concerns. Follow company safety policies including PPE usage, lockout/tagout, permit to work, etc. Follow good housekeeping activities, including 5S principles. Who You Are: High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of manufacturing experience and works well in a cross-functional team and is highly adaptable. Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, or chemical processing equipment. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel Prepared to travel to Sweden or regionally for initial training and as necessary. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Frequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/move weights greater than 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to continuously stand or walk as well as frequently climb stairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach; frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, finer, handle, and feel small objects. Complete necessary fit tests and wear all required PPE which could include respirator, SCBA, or air hood. It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In: Experience with chemical processes including distillation or other separation technologies, heat transfer, and/or tank farm fluid handling and distribution is highly preferred. Experience with operating Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is highly preferred.
