An established global recruitment firm is hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants in Los Angeles as part of continued expansion in its top-performing Americas office.
This is a rare opportunity for experienced 360 recruiters to join a high-performing team in Los Angeles, with opportunities available for:
• Senior Recruitment Consultants
• Principal Recruitment Consultants
• Team Leads / Future Recruitment Managers

The company has been operating in the US market for several years and has built strong client relationships across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now hiring several experienced consultants to join their Los Angeles recruitment team.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own desk within an established market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client management and candidate delivery
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Growing your own recruitment desk and developing new business opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Los Angeles recruitment office

About You

• Minimum 4+ years recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience working in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• Sector experience in construction, engineering, real estate, design, property preferred – but our client is open on sector experience.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience billing within a recruitment agency environment
• Degree preferred (to support visa sponsorship where applicable)
