Your Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive assessments
• Keep in touch with leads to foster interest and enhance the hiring experience
• Accurately maintain records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your leads

Compensation Structure
