Title Agency in Butler County, Ohio seeks an experienced Real Estate Closer/Settlement Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the closing documents to ensure a successful transaction. Responsibilities include review of the closing documents and leading the closing to provide explanations of the documents to all parties involved and to obtaining all necessary signatures.
