Description:
Picnic Bay Estates is seeking a temporary confidential office assistant to ensure efficient daily office operations. General office duties. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepares reports, correspondence, vouchers and requisitions. Organizes and maintains filing system and files correspondence and other records. Orders and maintains supplies and inventory. Maintains up-to-date tenant records.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent, while additional education or certification in office administration or business is a plus.
Qualifications:
Previous office assistant experience preferred, but not required.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
