This is a long-term contract role with strong overtime and daily per diem. ________________________________________ Technical Requirements - Process: GMAW - Pulse and Spray Transfer, All Positions - Material: NAVSEA 5XXX Series Crack Arrest Aluminum - Weld Quality: Must be capable of producing RT (X-Ray) quality welds in all positions - Fillet Welds: Must produce consistent, properly sized fillet welds - no grinding to size - Qualification Test: 2G, 3G, and 4G plate (administered on-site at Vigor Marine Seattle) ________________________________________ Physical requirements This position requires working in inside and/or outside environmental conditions, shipyard and/or remote locations, teams in opens spaces, heights above 6 feet, and/or alone in confined spaces.
