This is a high-impact role for a benefits leader who loves turning strategy into action. As Manager, Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives, you'll design and deliver health and welfare programs that truly matter balancing cost, compliance, innovation, and associate experience across the Americas.
With a primary focus on the U.S., and support for Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, you'll lead end-to-end benefit initiatives, partner deeply across HR and Finance, and use data to drive smarter decisions. The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
