We are currently seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our team. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in preparing apartments for market-ready move-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary maintenance to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Complete carpentry, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and painting duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt and door locks
• Ensure all service requests and make-ready tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain company safety standards and follow proper work procedures
• Assist the maintenance team as needed to support overall property operations

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and basic grounds care
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Self-starter with a dependable and punctual work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or make-ready work preferred
• General maintenance experience required
