Career Strategies is now hiring Experienced Maintenance Technicians to support well-maintained apartment communities across San Diego County.

We’re partnering with established apartment communities that value skilled maintenance professionals who can step in and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Complete resident maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Perform apartment turns / make-ready work between residents
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide reliable solutions
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning community spaces
• Work closely with onsite teams to ensure high resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Have basic tools bring to and from work
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus (not required for all roles)
