About the Role:
The Luxury Cruise Vacation Planner supports clients by organizing premium cruise vacation experiences through structured planning and detailed coordination. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review upscale cruise options, manage planning details, and ensure all arrangements are clearly documented and properly coordinated. Your work will focus on organization, accuracy, and communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will follow established workflows to coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and well suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning procedures before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain consistent and confident in your responsibilities.
