Now Hiring: Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)

Primary Residential Mortgage | Tomball, TX

We’re growing our local PRMI team in Tomball and are looking for an experienced Loan Officer Assistant or Processor who enjoys being at the center of the loan process and supporting production at a high level.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong mortgage background who values organization, communication, and being part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Loan Officers and Processors throughout the loan lifecycle
• Follow up on documentation and coordinate with title and insurance partners
• Provide timely status updates to borrowers, realtors, builders, and other partners
• Assist with pipeline tracking, loan status communications, and meetings
• Schedule pre-qualifications, applications, and business development appointments
• Enter and maintain loan data accurately in internal systems
• Assist with post-closing follow-up and marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (LOA, Processor)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, (Salesforce and Encompass is a plus!)
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
