Crosswalk Behavioral Health LLC is a dynamic, growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care. We believe in creating a supportive environment where professionals can thrive and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are currently seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team.

Position:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to children (ages 5 and older) and families
• Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evening hours until 7 PM
• Conduct individual, couple, and family sessions as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues for integrated client care
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience working with children (5+) and families
• Available to work evenings until 7 PM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
