Our work blends ecological function with thoughtful design, creating landscapes that are as resilient as they are visually compelling.
Position OverviewThis hybrid role sits at the intersection of design and execution. The Junior Landscape Architect / Junior Project Manager will support the full lifecycle of projects—from concept development through construction—while helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high design standard.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to both creative design and the realities of building complex urban landscapes.

Someone who is equally excited about design and getting their hands dirty on-site
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Curiosity about how projects actually get built—not just how they look on paper
This role offers a clear path toward Project Manager and Landscape Architect positions, with increasing responsibility over design ownership, client relationships, and project delivery.
