Job Description

Our client, hospitality industry, is seeking a Housekeeping to join their team. As a Housekeeping, you will be part of the Housekeeping Department supporting the hospitality services team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Housekeeping

Location: Montreat, NC

Pay Range: $16-18

Shift: 9-5PM

What's the Job?

• Provide clean, sanitary, comfortable, and orderly surroundings for guests, employees, and the public according to standards set by Montreat Conference Center.
• Clean hotel, lodge, and conference center properties, including guest rooms, restrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, linen and laundry rooms, and stairways.
• Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen, and terry in various areas.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas efficiently and hygienically.
• Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand, lift, carry, walk, sit, push, and pull for long periods while performing job duties.
• Physical capability to move and position materials weighing 50 lb. or more with assistance.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts around institutional needs, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to following safety and security policies and procedures.
