A confidential healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and deliver high-quality clinical and administrative talent. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of healthcare roles, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Position Overview The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, engaging healthcare professionals, managing the full hiring cycle, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This position requires strong communication, organization, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain an active pipeline and database of prospective candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and participate in background verification processes
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
  • Advertise job openings on job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill staffing needs
  • Prepare recruitment metrics, reports, and performance updates for leadership
  • Stay informed about healthcare hiring trends and best practices
  • Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend recruitment-related events
  • Flex work hours as needed to accommodate candidate and client schedules
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruiting or staffing
  • MediClear or equivalent HIPAA certificate required
  • Understanding of healthcare job roles, credentialing requirements, and regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
