About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our on-site team and support the recruitment/placement of physicians for multiple sites nationwide. This position requires outbound sourcing experience - a recruiting approach that includes proactively identifying leads and engaging with potential candidates.

Youll collaborate closely with your recruiting team and senior leadership to succeed in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

This position requires full-time, on-site participation in our Moorestown, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage board-certified radiologists for teleradiology projects via Linkedin, databases, directories, and cold outreach
• Client recruitment - identify more leads in need of service as a secondary recruiting target
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of prospective physicians and healthcare clients
• Work with marketing and operations staff to launch campaigns that generate leads
• Research prospective contacts for outreach
• Collaborate with other departments to transition qualified leads toward successful onboarding
• Track metrics and provide updates on recruitment progress

Qualifications:

• An active dedication to fostering leads using Linkedin
• Experience using Linkedin Recruiter (not Recruiter Lite)
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or business development; healthcare recruitment preferred
• Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or similar ATS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to our multiple client's changing needs
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple recruitment pipelines
• Microsoft Office, Excel experience

Pay range and compensation package:

• Salary Range: $70,000$85,000 annually
• Paid vacation and sick leave
• 401(k) plan
