Our stylists average $26–$30/hour (base pay + tips + incentives)

Provide top-notch haircuts and grooming services for men and boys
Deliver legendary customer service with every visit
Recommend styles and products tailored to each client
Keep your station clean and your workspace welcoming
Stay current on haircut trends and techniques with ongoing paid training
Work as part of a supportive, energetic team
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Maryland cosmetology or barber license
Salon or barbershop experience is a plus (but not required!)
Friendly personality and strong communication skills
Passion for great service and teamwork
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
