Requirements Previous experience in trades - carpentry, roofing, gutters Ability to demonstrate proficiency with extension ladders Ability to work on 2nd story roofs 18+ years of age Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire Must be comfortable working with power tools on extension ladders OUR IDEAL GUTTER INSTALLER Eye for detail – passionate about getting the job done right Positive attitude – able to see the silver lining, even when the job is challenging Comfortable with 2‑story heights and ladders Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Familiarity with the industry – experience in carpentry or exterior construction is a plus!
