Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary: We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team! Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance. Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities: - Build foundational subject matter expertise in financial and wealth management data under guidance and supervision
- Support strategic initiatives by producing analyses, reports, and dashboards
- Assist stakeholders in understanding business questions and contributing to analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain analytical code and queries using established standards
- Follow data quality, documentation, and control standards
- Present findings clearly with guidance and mentoring
Basic Requirements: - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake).
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Preferred Requirements: - Internship or entry-level experience in analytics, finance, or related fields
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI
- Basic understanding of data governance concepts
