Our client in Watchung, NJ is seeking a Direct Hire Family Law Attorney. This position can be fully onsite, hybrid or fully remote for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities Independently manage a robust caseload of family law and divorce files from inception through resolution. Appear in court, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and confidently handle depositions, hearings, and trials. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic guidance and strategic counsel. Maintain a manageable and standard billable requirement of 1,800 hours per year. Requirements Must have over 3 years of strong family law and divorce litigation experience. Ability to bill 1800 hours a year. Must be barred in the state of NJ. Must be able to handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
