What You'll Do

• Install seamless aluminum gutters, specialty systems, and gutter guards
• Perform gutter repairs and replacements with precision
• Install fascia, soffit, and related exterior components (preferred)
• Maintain high safety standards on ladders and roofs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Work efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality
• Mentor and train junior installers as you grow

Performance Pay Structure

• Competitive base pay
• Production-based incentives - with no cap
• The more skilled and efficient you are, the more you make

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of gutter installation or exterior construction experience
• Ability to run a truck and job independently
• Experience bending and installing seamless gutters
• Clean miters (strip miters preferred) and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver's license

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with fascia/soffit
• Have led a small crew
• Want to grow into a crew lead or production manager role

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
