As an experienced B2C Inside Sales Closer, you’ll guide prospective clients through difficult decisions with empathy and authority. Compensation- Base salary plus performance-based compensation. On-target earnings of $150,000+ for sales professionals who meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading in-depth consultations (primarily in person; Zoom or phone when necessary)
  • Navigating emotionally charged conversations with empathy and control
  • Asking for the decision and closing retainers in real time
  • Selling value, outcomes, and peace of mind—not just price
  • Consistently converting qualified leads into retained clients with paid retainers
  • Owning personal performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue
  • Managing and updating the CRM daily with precision and discipline
  • Transitioning new clients smoothly to the legal team after retention
  • Maintaining relationships that generate referrals and long-term trust
  • Participating in ongoing testing and refinement of scripts, workflows, and client experience systems

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in consultative B2C sales, including responsibility for closing deals and being measured on conversion rates, revenue, or quota attainment
  • You should be comfortable discussing your past sales metrics, including close rate, average deal size, or monthly revenue production
  • Legal industry experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with flexible scheduling, including some evenings/weekends
  • High level of organization, coachability, and accountability
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Zoom, and Mac-based tools
