The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, fiscal health, and program excellence of the organization. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, particularly in the areas of fundraising and resource development. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to establish and implement a long-term vision, manage a dedicated staff, and ensure that all programs are impactful and aligned with the organization's mission.
