Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 salary, based on experience 401k + company matching Health and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Hybrid: 3 days in office/ 2 days remote A Day in the Life of the Ecommerce Manager In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce experience, ensuring the website performs seamlessly while continuously optimizing for conversion and customer satisfaction. You’ll blend analytical rigor with curiosity, running experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the digital journey. Your work directly supports the company’s mission of delivering thoughtful, meaningful gifting experiences to every customer. Responsibilities include: Manage and optimize product catalog performance, ensuring data integrity and effective syndication across channels like Google Shopping, Meta, and affiliate platforms Analyze merchandising and catalog data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth Partner with engineering and operations to improve site architecture and user experience Own the full A/B and multivariate testing lifecycle, including hypothesis creation, execution, and analysis Build and prioritize a structured testing roadmap based on impact and confidence levels Leverage tools like GA4, session replays, and funnel analysis to identify friction points and validate improvements Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics Manage event tracking, pixels, and tag implementations to ensure accurate data collection across platforms Conduct deep-dive analyses to connect customer behavior with business outcomes and recommend data-driven improvements Oversee technical SEO performance, ADA compliance tracking, and regulatory requirements Research and evaluate AI/ML tools for ecommerce optimization, including personalization and predictive analytics Maintain and prioritize the ecommerce roadmap with clearly defined success metrics Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute initiatives Requirements and Qualifications: 4+ years of ecommerce experience with a focus on analytics, CRO, and technical site management Proven experience running A/B and multivariate tests with strong statistical analysis skills Advanced proficiency in GA4 or similar analytics platforms, including funnel analysis and attribution modeling Familiarity with Shopify or BigCommerce, including product feeds, APIs, and platform capabilities Experience working in custom or headless ecommerce environments and collaborating with developers Proficiency with tools like Asana and Looker for project management and data visualization Strong data querying and analysis skills with the ability to independently extract insights About the Hiring Company: Our client was founded on the belief that small, thoughtful gestures can make a meaningful impact.
