Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Indio, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Input and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and review data for errors, making necessary corrections.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Retrieve and manage data for reports and presentations.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and management.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
- Answer phones, check in deliveries, attend walk-in traffic (very light)
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
