Calling or video chatting with pre-qualified members
Listening to their needs and providing expert guidance on available plans
Walking clients through the application process step by step
Ensuring every enrollment is accurate and seamless
Attending virtual team sessions to sharpen your skills and grow your career

Have customer-facing experience (helpful but not required)
