JOB SUMMARY

PODS Moving and Storage is seeking a motivated, self-starter, problem-solver to fill the role of CRM Email Marketing Specialist, primarily working on reporting for the CRM team, and test and learn opportunities. The CRM Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly analysis of the CRM teams’ initiatives, test and learn plans to improve engagement and performance, and partnering with the analytics team to improve performance. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM, analytics, testing, and data.

This role is required ONSITE at PODS corporate center in Clearwater, FL (Monday – Thursday, Friday Remote.) Only local candidates will be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign results and assist in the creation and distribution of performance reports, summarizing key insights and offering recommendations
• Deriving insights from campaign analyses, data mining, web analytics, and test and learn initiatives.
• Test and Optimize customer acquisition, retention, personalization and promotional strategies.
• Utilize tools to improve execution and output strategic campaigns.
• Take initiative to improve, test, and enhance the performance.
• Partner with cross functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Finance, IT, Digital, Creative Services, and Customer Experience) to align integration of objectives, and ensure marketing strategies and promotions are optimized.
• Support the tagging of all marketing URLs using Google Analytics for tracking; utilize URL shortening utilities for promotion within digital communications (tinyurl, bit.ly, captix, etc.)
• Support digital acquisition and data capture strategies, as well as audience list and database management and integrations
• Work collaboratively to understand business and customer needs and advise on industry best practices and standards related to email marketing.
• Measure and improve performance characteristics such as open rate, click-through rates and content engagement using A/B testing and various other methods
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management), however, will be responsible for directing technical resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, or related field
• 2 – 4 yrs experience with Enterprise level experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
• Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented, reliable and dependable
• Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic
