Position Title: Commercial Title Assistant
Location: Pasadena, CA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 03 Months (Possibility in extension but not guaranteed)
Pay Range: $25 -$26.18/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:
Duties:
Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings. Creates title files and abstracts documents for content and formatting to assure recordability. Receives physical packages, collating original signatures, uploading into electronical file, and processing original documents for closing. Prepare and complete tracker for portfolio and multisite closings. Sumit documents for recording in appropriate jurisdiction and handle any rejections. Processes post-closing tasks including sending out closing packages, completing final policies, and uploading all documentation into electronic file. Provides customer service to customers and field escrow offices. Interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers.
100% onsite
Expected schedule: M-F 8:00 to 5:00 pm
Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Strong detail orientation Leadership skills 4+ years title industry experience; commercial title experience a plus. Some title insurance knowledge or recording documents experience. This is not a banking role.
Education : High School diploma or equivalent
