Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator RN! (Full time, ON-SITE)

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm)

Type : Permanent, full time

Pay Rate : $55-75/hour

Specific Duties:

• Manages complex clinical research trials, including industry-sponsored, government-funded, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Ensures compliance with Good Clinical Practice, FDA regulations, and human subject protection standards.
• Coordinates overall study operations, including protocol review, study initiation, and informed consent.
• Conducts subject recruitment, screening, and eligibility assessments.
• Collects, processes, and documents laboratory samples in compliance with IATA standards.
• Completes protocol-required clinical assessments and procedures.
• Collects, enters, and maintains accurate study data; completes case report forms and resolves data queries.
• Monitors and reports adverse events per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains regulatory documentation and study binders.
• Participates in study meetings and site initiation visits.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• Active RN License
• Two or more years of experience performing clinical research duties or equivalent experience and training
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, protection of human subjects, and FDA regulatory guidelines
• Working knowledge of FDA, NIH, and OHRP regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical trial methodologies.
• Experience filing Institutional Review Board documentation
