Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL-A Truck Driver based out of Worcester, MA. This role involves hauling heavy equipment, dirt, and materials to and from job sites. On jobsites, the pay is prevailing wage, offering significantly higher earning potential.

This is mostly a driving role—but qualified candidates should be comfortable getting out of the truck and assisting with labor when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL-A trucks to transport heavy equipment and materials
• Haul dirt, aggregates, and construction-related loads
• Assist with loading/unloading and site work as required
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site teams

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Experience hauling heavy equipment and/or construction materials preferred
• Ability and willingness to perform physical labor when needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• OSHA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–$40/hour standard pay
• Prevailing wage projects (~50% of work) = higher pay opportunities
